9.0 Insurance

a) The Club shall maintain Public Liability Insurance coverage as required by Hall Hire, Show Exhibit and Regulatory Body conditions.

b) The Secretary is responsible for arranging and maintaining the Public Liability Insurance coverage in current status.

10.0 Alteration of the Constitution

a) The Constitution of the Club may be altered, rescinded or added to only by Special Resolution that has been passed by a majority of votes of all Members of the Club at a General Meeting or by Post.

b) A draft copy of any proposed Constitution changes must be mailed to all financial Members of the Club twenty eight (28) days prior to any votes being sought for the proposed changes.

c) All postal ballots cast must be forwarded to the Secretary of the Club who will record the number of postal votes issued and of votes received to allow auditing by any Member requiring confirmation of voting.

d) Only one (1) vote per Membership will be accepted. All votes must be returned in the envelope supplied by the Club. NO proxy voting will be allowed.

e) No identification of Members is necessary on Ballot forms or envelopes.

f) Postal votes will be accepted up until last mail on the Fourteenth (14th) day after issue of Ballot Forms.

11.0 Health & Safety

a) It is the Members responsibility to ensure their exhibits are free from Contagious Diseases and/or Micro Infestations when presenting them for judging.

b) Any Member who is found to knowingly expose other Members exhibits to Contagious Diseases and/or Micro Infestations will be disciplined.

c) Any Member/s who knowingly displays an animal that bites or causes any an animal that bites to be accessible to other Members of the Club or visitors to NSWFRMC Shows, Functions or Meetings will be disciplined.

d) Continued breach of Health & Safety rules will result in Membership being revoked and offending animal being banned from all exhibitions and shows controlled and/or sanctioned by the NSWFRMC.
