PART 3.2 Membership Entitlements not Transferable

A right or privilege or obligation, which a person has by reason of being a Member of the Club:

i. is not capable of being transferred or transmitted to another person unless it is a member of the same family or household; and

ii. terminates on cessation of the person's Membership.

PART 3.3 Schedule of Fees

Club Membership fees and Show Entries will be determined by the Committee in accordance with the financial needs of the Club. Fees are subject to change. Due notice of any changes will be advised to Members a minimum of twenty-eight (28) days prior to any change.

PART 3.4 Fees and Subscriptions

a) Membership is for a period of twelve (12) months from receipt of annual Membership Fees.

b) Payment of annual Membership Fees must be made within thirty (30) days of date due. If payment is not received within the specified time the Membership will cease.

c) Payment of the Membership Fee is an agreement to accept the Rules of the Club and herein binds such Member to those Rules. If the Rules are not agreeable to the Member they have seven (7) days to request a refund of Membership monies and should return all paperwork issued to them by NSWFRMC to the Secretary of NSWFRMC.

d) Membership entitles each Member to;

discount entry fees to all shows and

3) four quarterly issues of 'Twitches' magazine.

Part 3.5 Members Liabilities

The liability of a Member of the Club to contribute towards the payment of the debts and liabilities of the Club or the costs, charges and expenses of the winding up of the Club is limited to the amount, if any, unpaid by the Member in respect of Membership of the Club.

Part 4.0 The Committee

The Committee will be composed of six (6) positions and will carry out all the duties as described in the Constitution. The Committee will be elected into office for a period of two (2) years. Bi-annually in January of the relevant year (next election due January 2004). The current Committee will solicit Nominations from the active local Membership.

The office bearers of the Club shall be:

(1) The President

(2) The Vice-President

(3) The Treasurer

(4) The Secretary

(5) The Show Secretary

(6) The Editor/Webmaster

b) Each Member of the Committee is entitled to one vote on Committee issues.

c) When a vacancy occurs before an election is scheduled, the remaining Committee Members may appoint a Member of the Club as a provisional officer for the remainder of the two-year term.

d) The Committee will have full power and authority over all Club affairs and activities.

e) The Committee will have full authority over all business transactions and expenditure of monies related to the Club.

f) The Committee may conduct routine or special meetings in person, or by telephone, with majority of vote being required for passage of any decision or action.

g) The Committee will be made up of the following positions of which any Committee Member may hold a maximum of two (2) office bearer positions if necessary.
